這句話是出自於人氣暢銷書“原子習慣”的作者James Clear。講時間管理、生產力、習慣的書籍很多，但這本算是我首推的其中之一。培養好習慣的重要性大家都知道，但我覺得本書作者真的是從人性為出發點，教導“懶人”如何也能輕鬆培養出好習慣！
